Institutional Aftertaste

In this multi-sensory exchange format, we explored the difficult-to-digest contradictions that come with working in and about institutions such as art academies. It is the first test of the relational table, where we let the various forms and ambivalences of criticism melt in our mouths - at a joint table talk, accompanied by bittersweet, crunchy and sticky snacks that stimulated our memories. The 5 acts (1: Arriving, 2: Balancing, 3: Chewing, 4; Cracking nuts, 5: Digesting) with different consistencies made the tasters think of moments in which they chewed on tough barriers for a long time, found allies or were able to break down institutional structures.
